We are a mixed voice choir of approximately fifty members, and welcome singers of all ages and abilities who would like to join us. You just need enthusiasm and to be keen to learn!

Our aim is to enable people from Keswick and its surrounding area to come together and enjoy learning and performing a varied repertoire of classical and modern choral music.

We give two principal concerts annually, at Christmas and in the Spring. We provide Choral Evensong and occasional Eucharists in various churches. Soloist opportunities may be available. We also have a couple of social events each season.

Some members sing with Cumbria Singers (formerly Cumbria Rural Choirs) concerts which performs music requiring larger forces and has the opportunity to sing under internationally known conductors.

Regular rehearsals take place on Tuesdays from 7.00pm at Crosthwaite Parish Room, Main Street, Keswick (next to the Co-op) during school term-times. Concert tickets £13 in advance, £15 on the door, programme included. Under 12s free, full-time education £5. Available from Bookends Keswick (cash only), KCS members or online through Eventbrite (small admin charge).
