Braithwaite Institute comprises a large well equipped hall, a good size meeting room, large well appointed kitchen; as well as extensive grounds providing a cricket pitch, football pitch, all-weather tennis courts, bowling green, club-house and parking for up to 70 cars, including two EV charging points.

It can accommodate overnight bookings for sports or hiking groups, both in the hall, and on the sports fields; which benefit from use of showers and toilet facilities.

The main hall has a full stage, a small bar area, and is licensed for:

• 175 seated at tables
• 290 dancing only
• 250 closely seated audience
