Keswick Area Food Share provides food, toiletries, cleaning products and pet food to anyone in need who lives in the CA12 Post Code area. There are no referrals, just turn up and get what you need, all we will ask for is your post code. We provide bags of food etc for families, single people, couples and street sleepers. We ask for a donation of £3.00 for each visit, but please come along even if you can't afford this and we will help. We can also refer customers to other sources of help, for housing, finance, benefits advice etc.
We are situated on Heads Lane Keswick, next to Keswick Library. We are open to the public every Wednesday morning from 10.00 TO 12.45. We can also provide help in an emergency outside of these hours, by contacting us by phone, text or email.
We are entirely run by volunteers and entirely funded by donations and grants. We are a Registered Charity.
We welcome donations of money and goods, and we have collection points for food donations in Booths Supermarket, Co op Supermarket, and Keswick Library. Please contact us for our bank details if you wish to make a financial donation to support our work.
